We are happy to offer a return policy. All returned purchases should be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. We accept back for a full refund of the item only (shipping costs are not included) to your original method of payment within 30 days of purchase. Simply email our Customer Support team at email@example.com with your order number, which product (s) you wish to return, the reason for return, and confirm if the product(s) has been used or not, and we’ll be happy to help you. Please note, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It is recommended to use a tracking shipping service for your returning order, otherwise if your returning order is lost or arrives later than the stipulated given days your refund will not be approved.
Will my shipping costs be refunded?
The original shipping costs will not be included in you refund.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
