When will I receive my order?
Your order will be sent out within the next working day. Due to COVID-19 Royal Mail Standard delivery is taking over 12 working days to arrive and Royal Mail recorded service are taking over 8 working days to arrive. We are now offering delivery service with YODEL and DHL to minimise the delays presented by Royal Mail. If there is a further delay we will inform you via email or text.
Please keep in mind that standard international deliveries can take up to 18+ days excluding the the extra days your parcel can be held by customs.
My order was cancelled
All placed orders can be cancel if the item is no longer in stock or unavailable shipping services or shipping rates are not feasible to offer.
It is important to note the following: we do not take any responsibility for lost mail once it is in the hands of the Royal Mail. We trust in Royal Mail that they will get your parcels to you safely. We use Royal Mail standard delivery which does not include Tracking, if you are worried for the safety of your order please use our recorded shipping services which I recommended above. (Royal Mail recorded, YODEL or DHL).
If you believe your parcel is lost
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow the Royal Mail, Yodel and DHL compensation policies. If we are able to get a compensation for your missing order we will pass on a full refund. If we are unable to get compensation we cannot take responsibility for lost deliveries.
Customers are obliged to follow the courier's compensation policy for any claim process for lost deliveries.
Please be aware that if you claim none delivery, we can not automatically refund or replace the items unfortunately. Once our courier has accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that s/he provides their shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence why there is a small opportunity to change or cancel your order and shipping details. If you decide to cancel or change your shipping details, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our very best to make the requested changes, however, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given.
Please note couriers may leave your packages with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not able to receive your package. If you prefer the courier not to, please leave a comment in the note to seller section upon check out.
